Newton Filter Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is essential to us. Below is our comprehensive returns, cancellation, and exchange policy to ensure a smooth process should you need it:

1. Returns Authorisation:

   • Obtain written approval from our returns team before sending back any item(s).
   • Once authorised, return the goods within 14 days in their original packaging.
   • Unauthorised returns may be disposed of without processing.

2. Statutory Cancellation Rights:

   • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your online or phone order within 14 days after the goods are delivered for a full refund.

3. Cancellation, Returns, or Exchanges:

   • If your order is in transit, cancellation may not be possible. Reject delivery or follow our returns process within 14 days of receiving your goods to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Items not in their received condition, showing signs of use, or returned more than 14 days after authorisation are non-returnable.

5. Unwanted, Faulty, or Damaged Items:

   • Return unwanted, re-sellable items within 14 days for a refund, or after 14 days for an exchange.
   • Notify us of damaged or faulty items within 48 hours, and return within 14 days. We'll replace or refund them post-inspection.
   • Return shipping of unwanted items is your responsibility; we'll only refund delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods.

6. Calculating Refunds:

   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is logged back with us. 
   • Refunds can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to be credited back into your account once the refund is processed from our end.
   • Deductions may apply for used or damaged goods, or if parts are missing.

7. Return Address:

   • Upon written approval, we'll provide the return address. Unconfirmed returns may be disposed of.

8. ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolution:

   • If unsatisfied with our resolution, refer your dispute to an ADR provider listed on Trading Standards or use the EU-wide ADR mechanism.
